How can YOU Help?
Currently we, Todd Cecil, which is I and the TCBand are looking for individuals to help out with bookings or publicity.
It doesn't matter if this is something you have done in the past....sometimes the new attitude is the best.......So if you want to do it now is what counts!!
So Publicity consists of
****getting the word out about the shows and the music
-internet (myspace and Blogs)
-contacting those newspaper guys.....they are usually very nice and want to hear from you.
-and rallying people in areas to hand some flyers.....the street teams you know!!!
and Whatever creative ideas you could bring to the table.
and Booking
***Of course consists of helping us find the shows and scheduling a date
-Negotiating skills are good here.....but also I feel I am pretty good at the negotiations
Would Love to Hear From You......and oh yeah you gotta love the music....and of course be a positive hearted person!!!!
Cheers T

Shortlight CD Review.....Thanks Jason
There seems to be a unique artist budding amongst the country music backdrop of Nashville. 'Sweet Cynthia and the Nashville Music Co.', the second CD from this artist, is a blend of music styles, slide guitar and soothing raspy vocals.
Digging a little deeper in the lyrics will prove to be a fruitful endeavor for the poetic minded.
...very promising, one not to be missed, and we look forward to hearing more.

Hope this isn't Superficial...is it?
Well I hope this isn't too superficial, but I am having a blast driving this car..so I thought I would post it.
I've had it about 3 months and for some reason seem to like it more the more I drive it.
Cars always seem to be good goals for people, benchmarks for success I guess....which in all honesty is good, as long as it doesn't lead to superficial-ality.
For me I think there is a wee bit of redneck in me that might shine through with my attraction to the shiny cars..the hotrods if you will. My Grandmothers brothers son is legendary drag racer Ronnie Sox, who won five National Hot Rod Association championships. He resently died of cancer....he was a great guy!!
Here he is tearing up the track in the glory days....and I remember seeing this car when I was a little kid.
.....so alittle family history to justify my indulgence.....thus it's not superficial.......must be somewhere embedded in the genes........oh yeah!!!!
Footnote from my Dad about this one
"In 1972 in his '72 Hemi Cuda he won all but one of the national events that year. I think there were about 12.
The one he lost he missed a shift for the ONLY time in his entire career. He also had many "0-0-0" reaction times on the lights at the start...unheard of even today...today, the comparable
class to what Ronnie was in back in the day don't have four speeds but rather have push button shifts...Ronnie told me just before he died that the driver had been taken out of the race
due to this."

Radio Play on Fox 102
Weird Beard, legendary DJ and staple in the Radio Rock Community of Columbia....and by the way a great guy....has been playing 'When the Levee Breaks' and 'Lady in the Moonshine'. So I must extend a huge thank you to the man, for this and for getting folks out to see the shows and for coming to the shows yourself....Cheers Weird Beard for the play and for not being one of the 'plastic personalities' out there.

Bogart's In Columbia, Sat Oct 13th
Definitely a Magic Night...I had such a good time once again. This was in doors ( not as cold on the old guitars ) So we got to play in tune.....was a little bit of a hassel at Utopia....just because it was getting colder and the 43 gibson and 87 martin are alittle cranky when the weather changes.
